Come meet the WBOCC Ohana. Experience the outrigger culture with a workout on the water. Open to all. We have paddles and boats. Just bring a towel and water.
Our Novice Coach and volunteer paddlers will instruct and guide newcomers in the boat. All novices must be able to swim.

We the Water
Over three years, a few members of Wrightsville Beach Outrigger Canoe Club (WBOCC) are paddling the entire North Carolina coast to advocate for clean water, empower local communities, bring awareness of contamination, and protect the most vital element of our lives: water.
Our paddlers are preparing to paddle the final leg, from Buxton to Carova, on September 13th and 14th, 2024.
